How do you wash weighted blankets by Life Tree?
Our blankets are a convenient one piece design without annoying covers and ties. You can put the whole blanket in the washing machine. To prolong the life of your blanket we recommend washing on a cold gentle cycle and air drying outside or alternatively tumble drying on a cool setting.
How do you wash weighted sleeping bags by Life Tree?
Remove the cushion from the cushion cover and put the whole blanket in the washing machine. To prolong the life of your blanket we recommend washing on a cold gentle cycle and air drying outside or alternatively tumble drying on a cool setting.
What weights of blankets do you stock?
We currently stock 2.5kg weighted blankets and sleeping bags (2.5kg weighted top, 3kg weight total). We do not currently stock other weights.
Are weighted blankets suitable for young children?
Every child is unique and has individual needs that need to be considered when deciding on a weighted product. We aren’t health professionals so cannot assist with individual assessments, however general accepted guidelines suggest that a maximum of 10% of an individual's body weight be considered for weighted blankets*. If you need guidance on using weighted products or what is right for your child we recommend seeking further information from a health care professional.
Can I get an invoice to make a purchase through the NDIS scheme?
Yes, an invoice is provided after checkout. If you require one prior to payment please email us at email@example.com and we will organise one for you.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times are quoted on our website's checkout and are generated by our shipping agent. *These times are estimated from when your items are dispatched (not from when the order is placed), and are only an estimate. It can take up to 4 days to dispatch orders. For example; if the estimate you receive on checkout is 2 days delivery time, and it takes 2 days to dispatch your purchase, your order should arrive in approximately 4 days.

Do you ship internationally?
All products are shipped within Australia only.
Can I combine orders to save on shipping?
We are happy to combine multiple orders for you, to save on shipping costs. If you've placed an order, and wish to add something else, please place a new order. Once the multiple orders have been placed, please email us with the order numbers that you're wanting to combine.
As long as an order hasn't already been dispatched, we are happy to manually combine the orders for you, and process a postage refund if necessary.
Can I cancel my order?
Please read all product descriptions before making your purchase. We are able to cancel orders provided we receive your cancellation request through our website contact form before the items leave our warehouse. If your product has a fault, we will happily replace the item, please contact us to discuss.
